Quotes and reservations
Quotes are all-inclusive unless stated otherwise and are valid for the date, times and route provided. A reservation is confirmed only when we send you a confirmation with a price.
Changes and cancellations
Online cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged in line with the terms on your confirmation. Changes to time, route or vehicle may change the price.
Wait time
Complimentary wait time applies as described on your confirmation. Additional waiting is billed in 15-minute increments.
Passenger conduct
Passengers are responsible for damage beyond normal wear. Smoking and illegal substances are not permitted in any vehicle. Chauffeurs may end a trip if passenger behaviour puts anyone at risk.
Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or other events outside our control, or for items left in vehicles.
